What Corona can offer you!

Local branches offer a warm welcome to new members and are there to help you ease into new surroundings. Headquarters will also co-ordinate support in any future moves you may have both here and overseas. If there is no Branch near you then we can offer you a 'lone member' service where an officer of the Society is responsible in keeping in touch by e-mail, these members have the opportunity to attend all Headquarter run events when possible and receive copies of the 'lone members newsletter' These members also have the opportunity to join in the annual 'lone members' lunch.

Headquarters run a monthly programme of activities which are advertised to members wishing to go on its mailing list; also available on our website and through our Corona News magazine. Our members living overseas, who are returning to visit the UK are always welcome on these visits.

Every year the Society organises both an overseas holiday, and a UK short break which consists of three nights away, with a reception and touring the locality by coach.

Attending both the Societies summer lunch and our AGM gives the opportunity to meet other members and share in their experiences.

Many of our Branches overseas are 'twinned' with those in the UK, giving 'worldwide friendship' a different dimension. and in some instances enabling members to become involed in joint charitable initiatives.

Whenever you find you are on the move to an unknown Country, let us provide a 'briefing', which will provide you with the knowledge required to make this a much more relaxed experience.
